This service includes general turnaround of three working days or less; typically within 24 hours. We will immediately contact you if we cannot meet the three-day turnaround period.

Below are the general terms:

• $45/hr for additional hours.
• Charged on the 1st of each month automatically on your credit card.
• There is a minimum charge of ½ hour for any work.
• Subscription hours expire at the end of each month.

Here is our website maintenance service process:

• GMR will add the customer to its website maintenance help-desk that the customer uses for sending maintenance requests.
• Customer can track the progress by logging in to their help-desk account.
• We will get your permission before spending any hours beyond your subscription.
• Weekend and US holidays are not considered a work day. Please use this information for delivery date.

Ad-hoc Web Site Maintenance Service:

• $45/hr, minimum ½ hour fee
• Payment due in advance before the work starts.
